Trans Himalayan 2000 is the 10th Raid Gauloises that lasted from Shegar Dzong, Tibet and ended in Janakpur, Nepal with a stretch of 827 kilometers. Sixty-nine teams took part in the grueling adventure race that took the participants across the Himalayas from Tibet to Nepal mountain biking, trekking, rafting, horse riding, kayaking, canoeing and even white water swimming.
